Unlike other practices that place some dental implants in addition to other treatments, The Dental Implant Clinic is dedicated to dental implants, so we are able to focus only on providing the best possible dental implants. This means that, whatever your requirements, you can be guaranteed the best possible treatment at The Dental Implant Clinic. We place implants in over 500 patients every year, and have successfully placed well over 4,000 implants since our inception.

We have a custom-built clinic for dental implants.

The Dental Implant Clinic was custom-built to provide the best possible environment, with the latest technology and equipment, for the placing of dental implants. We have one of the few dedicated dental implant operating theatres in the UK, have recently taken delivery of a Zeiss operating microscope, and will shortly be installing a CT scanner into the practice. We also use only top-quality Straumann Swiss-made dental implants.

Dr. Jonathan Schofield is an internationally known implantologist.

Dr. Jonathan Schofield, founder of The Dental Implant Clinic, has been placing dental implants since 1993. He lectures nationally and internationally on dental implant matters, and has trained hundreds of other dentists to place dental implants, including teaching on the Bristol University MSc in implantology. Dr. Schofield is a member of the International Team for Implantology, and the Association of Dental Implantology.

We train other dentists to place dental implants.

The Dental Implant Clinic has a teaching centre where other dental professionals come to learn about dental implants. We are also a teaching centre for the Bristol University MSc in dental implantology. We provide courses for dentists, hygienists and nurses, training them in the latest implant techniques. Our team also lecture internationally, and publish many articles in the dental press.
